One microscope can solve problems in at least 6 fields.

Like most of Andonstar microscopes, AD106/AD106S provides big working space to users.

The top of the lens can go up to 18cm to the base. And the buttom of the lens can go up about 11cm high.

Meanwhile, the optical bracket can spin 360 degrees, which actually enlarged the working space a lot.

Heat, oil, smoke, and other things that would probably polute or damage your lens, We solve them ALL. The lens cover can protect the lens from shaking, falling down etc. And then, the UV filter can prevent the polution and damage from the base direction. Actually a UV filter can also reduce reflect lights, which provides a better image quality and better using experience.

AD106S provides multiple light sources from different directions. In this case, there would be much less shadows and reflection.

This time, we also provide a movable block(optional), which can give light from the bottom. This design would be very useful in some fields, such as jewelry appraisal, biology slides etc.

Though there are buttons at the front side of monitor, AD106S also comes with a AI remote. You can do some simple work with it, like capture videos and pictures, or digital zooming in&out.

Buttons are useful, but when the image goes hundreds times up, you don’t want an even slight shaking when you take pictures, in which case, the object you try to capture may disappear from the sight.

Everyone knows that plastic stand is much cheaper and lighter than a metal one. But none of our products so far comes with a plastic stand. Why?

As a manufacturer, of course we’d like to cut cost, but we just don’t want our fancy camera comes with a shaky stand, base of which would be easy to leave marks on or probably melt if the temperature goes too high. Also, you can tell the difference when you adjust the height of it: the metal one can be much more precisely. And being precise is very important for microscopes, especially when its continuously zoom.

During soldering or repair work, we may need to use hot air guns, electric irons and other soldering tools, which can cause heat and smoke.

And heat and smoke are bad for the lens, expecially when the lens is mainly coverd by plastic material. In this case, we provide customers a UV filter, which can not only protect the lens, and also, reduce the reflection and stray lights

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Zulay Stores (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
